My first left coast job was a intensive course wide renovation including redesign and reconstruction of all greens, bunker renovation/restoration in the Bell style, regrassing the fairways, sodding 70 acres of rough, design and construction of entirely new tee complexes, development of a new short game practice area and re-grading and equipping every fairway with extensive new drainage network.
